Where to send a report
If you received mail sent through DakNode that you did not ask for, or that appears fraudulent or malicious, send it to report-abuse@daknode.com and we will act on it.
What helps
The full message headers, which identify the sending account; the address the message was sent to; and the date and time you received it.
What happens next
We trace the message to the sending account and can suspend that account's ability to send. We do not publish a response-time commitment, because one has not been set.
Automatic suppression
Recipients who report a complaint are suppressed automatically, so the sending account cannot write to them again through DakNode.
