Who you are contracting with
DakNode is not incorporated. It is an unincorporated software service operated by Subodh Kumar, trading as DakNode. The operator is based in Uttar Pradesh, India.
What DakNode is
DakNode provides email infrastructure for software agents: addresses that receive mail, an API to read it, and an API to send from those addresses. DakNode indexes and retrieves mail. It does not decide, act or send on a customer's behalf without an explicit instruction from their software.
Acceptable use
Do not use DakNode to send unsolicited bulk mail, to send to addresses obtained without permission, to impersonate someone, or to distribute malware or unlawful content. Sending is limited per account, and an account that generates excessive bounces or complaints may have sending suspended.
Availability
DakNode is early-stage software provided as it is. No uptime figure, service level or availability guarantee is offered, and none should be inferred from anything else on this site.
